With over 30 years of exemplary leadership experience, Juanita embodies the spirit of innovation and relentless pursuit of excellence. Her journey, beginning with her arrival in Canada over three decades ago, has been marked by significant achievements and a profound impact on both industry and community.

Juanita's academic background is as impressive as her professional journey. She holds a master’s degree from the University of Manitoba and completed her coursework as a PhD candidate there. Her undergraduate studies were in Computer Science and Economics from the University of Ghana. Additionally, she possesses several professional designations, including PMP and Change Management, and is a recognized voice in international journals and conferences.
Distinguished Career and Impactful Leadership
Juanita’s career spans critical roles in Enterprise IT, project management, Change Management and business analytics. Notably, as Divisional Head of IT and member of the executive management team at the Winnipeg Police Service, she led significant projects, achieving considerable cost savings. Her expertise extends to academia, where she has imparted knowledge as an adjunct lecturer/instructor at the University of Winnipeg and Red River College.

A passionate advocate for immigrants, women, and girls in STEM, Juanita dedicates her efforts to breaking biases and empowering individuals to reach their full potential. Her commitment to community service is evident in her role as a knowledge philanthropist and involvement in various executive/advisory boards member for various organizations, including including University of Manitoba- Board of Governors, Women in Cybersecurity Western Canada, Ghana Mission Queens Girls Up (UN Foundation), St. Paul High School Red and Red River College Polytechnic.

Dynamic Solutions International (DSI) was founded by Juanita, who hails from Ghana (formerly known as the Gold Coast) in West Africa. Ghana boasts a rich cultural heritage, including diverse languages, lores, stories, cuisine, fabrics, and a people renowned for their beauty, intelligence, and warmth. Canada, where Juanita has made her home and raised her family with her husband, is now her home. With its diverse geography, climate, and people, Canada is a land of breathtaking beauty that has provided a fertile ground for Juanita and her family to thrive.
The corporate design for DSI reflects a synthesis of the colorful and rich traditions of Ghana’s kente cloth culture with the understated but rigorous Canadian design language. It embodies a statement that transcends time and culture, uniting continents and peoples, especially at a time when the world is in need of peace and unity.
The kente fabric represents old, established, traditional wisdom, strength, and diversity of ideas that transfer well into contemporary thinking. The white lines in the DSI logo are a dynamic representation of longitudes and latitudes, connecting north to south and east to west, signifying the international and diverse nature of the corporation. The white center of the symbol represents an aperture through which valuable solutions can be seen, helping clients stand out.
