Juanita  Valarie Aseye Dompey is a highly motivated and dedicated professional in Business Management, possessing several years of experience in business administration. Originally from Ghana, Juanita is renowned for her exceptional organizational skills, unwavering work ethic, and a strong focus on achieving results in her field. She is an avid learner with outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Juanita graduated from the University of Ghana with a Second-Class Upper degree in Information Studies. She recently completed a Data Analysis Training program .Her career has included roles in national and multinational companies, such as 3M&C Ghana Limited and  Cocoa Touton in Ghana, where she demonstrated professionalism and gained a reputation for consistently surpassing performance targets while serving as an Administrative Assistant and Customer Service Executive.

Furthermore, Juanita has valuable experience as an Administrative Intern at both the Ghana Highways Authority and Aviation Handling Services, showcasing professionalism, efficiency, and unwavering determination in her work. She has also been actively involved in various organizations, including the Akuafo Hall Women’s Commission, Pax Romana Ushering Ministry, and Smart Life Solutions, where she played pivotal roles in positively impacting and inspiring individuals within these groups, fostering a commitment to give back to society.
